OSP Engineer will be responsible for the detailed design of all civil elements of the telecommunications network.

Layout and design of the telecommunication network elements in accordance with the network design criteria.

Perform a right of way and route assessment to confirm the route corridor is acceptable and can be built in the most cost effective manner.
OSP FIELD ENGINEER
-
Position will utilize AutoCAD to create OSP fiber drawings that include point A to Point B drawings for telecom fiber line design.

Utilizing AutoCAD to create permit and construction drawings for fiber line design.
-
Makes engineering computations and prepares and revises specifications.
CAD TECH
-
May drive/operate Horizontal Directional Drill for installation of underground telecommunications cable conduit, including fiber optic cable.

May drive and/or operate diesel or gasoline powered equipment to/from/on jobsite (Backhoe, Trencher, Directional Bore, Digger Derrick, Pole/Bucket Truck).
DIRECTIONAL DRILL TECH
-
Daily tasks will include but not be limited to, digging trenches/holes with shovel, gathering and storing tools, greasing equipment, driving company trucks/equipment.

Assists crew in daily task of excavation, trenching and installing Fiber Optic Cable.

Operates vehicles and equipment operations from trucks to other equipment as directed and certified.
