Genevieve Edwards
Chief Executive Officer
Genevieve oversees operational strategy, technical production, and regulatory execution across all markets. She leads CAD standards, permitting workflows, jurisdictional compliance, construction documentation, and project closeout—ensuring projects move seamlessly from design through deployment.
With a background in commercial and luxury residential design and experience managing interior programs in the aerospace sector, Genevieve brings precision-driven systems management, quality control rigor, and cross-functional coordination to complex infrastructure environments. Her leadership has positioned Utility Solutions Group to scale efficiently across multiple states while maintaining documentation accuracy, permitting velocity, and technical consistency.
Bradley Preece
PRINCIPAL
Brad leads field operations, infrastructure deployment, and strategic growth initiatives. Before founding Utility Solutions Group, he built and operated a successful construction firm specializing in underground utility infrastructure.
He brings deep expertise in directional drilling, fiber optic placement, and large-scale utility corridor development, with experience managing high-volume production environments. Brad holds public utility licenses in North and South Carolina and a Virginia Class A Contractor’s License, providing the regulatory authority and field leadership necessary to execute complex, multi-state projects.
Under his direction, Utility Solutions Group delivers safe, production-focused builds while expanding regional capacity and strategic partnerships.
